Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
Some clients stay home during the cleaning service while others leave a spare key for our crew. If you wish to leave a key to your home please contact the office directly.
What if Always Be Clean missed a spot?
Our crew treats each client’s home or office with the upmost respect. We strive to achieve the highest quality of cleanliness but oversights and miscommunication does happen once in a while. If you are not fully satisfied with your service please contact our office so that we may correct any mistakes.
What if my pets are home when I need a cleaning?
We are flexible and are willing to work with pets in the home as long as we are notified in advance. Please let us know if you have pets in your home before the arrival of the cleaning crew. We prefer that you secure your pets out of the way so that our crewmembers can perform to the best of their ability.
